Brittle Plastic Parts, Filter and jug.
I can only agree with what ChrisO and others have said about the Russell Hobbs 3390 Coffee Maker. I too wrote and complained to Russell Hobbs, they just said that they knew of no problems with this maker. I feel that these complaints are only the tip of the iceberg!
The Russell Hobbs 3390 Satin Stainless Steel Coffee Maker is the most poorly designed coffee machine I have ever come across. It often clogs resulting in hot water and ground coffee being spilled over the base and surface no matter how careful you are in placing the jug under the filter flow valve.
The jug is so badly designed, it spills when pouring unless poured very slowly.
Worst of all is the brittle plastic handle. Which as broke several times. Do not use near children or to serve people, as it could break at any time and many have. You cannot buy just the handle from RH's. You have to buy the entire handle at a cost of £18.00!
