Immaculate Hotel, Buffet food, Attentive but not in your face reps, ideal location, everything you need for a self catering hotel including towels and toilet roll!
Bad Points
Buying alcohol was based on British city prices. We found that eating out and drinking after the meal worked out cheaper than eating in the hotel (we were half board) and then hitting the pubs! (There was only 1 club there and we were told, by a local, to avoid it due to the amount of trouble there)
General Comments
I had read reviews of the Broncemar before I went away so got the impression that I was going to an OK hotel - how wrong was I! Everything was in the room that we needed and more - ask for a first floor apartment because you will probably get two balconies. Rooms were immaculate and contained everything you need for a self catering holiday and more. We had a phone, TV, coffee peculator, kettle, toaster, cutlery (including a bottle opener and corkscrew. The Reps were attentive and informative (not at all in your face). I was not there with children but would highly recommend this place for families with young children. All staff went out of their way to be friendly to adults and children, and the reps were very good at entertaining the kids, for 2 - 3 hours per day, to give adults that well deserved rest.
