Sounds great! Classic Gibson chunky sounds, and looks very similar to the full price version.
Heavy! And not quite as stylish as the full price version.
Gibson Les Paul Studio: A seriously good axe, that looks and sounds great. Very solid and playable, and with a good effects pedal (I use a Zoom) there's nothing you cant do with one of these.
The LP Studio is US built, single-cut in mahogany. Main differences between this and a full LP Standard are cosmetic only - no binding (so what!) and the studio's tend to have 'dots' rather than the famous trapezoid fret markings. If you want a quality Gibson axe and not a slim-line Asian knock-off, think about a LP Studio.
