General Comments
Bought my HP ZD 7000 2 months ago and was extremely pleased with the product, however the screen went black a month ago and HP have gone have sice impressed me with thier ineptitude, here in New Zealand they offer third world service, although they have had it a month they have yet to a) Confirm the problem b) Correct the problem at present they believe it to be the CPU. They never phone or email and after repeated angry exchanges they have given me a sub-standard loan computer. Their service is at best sub-standard and thier attitude leaves much to be desired I would never buy another HP item as long as I live.
