Good Points

Did not have the machine long enough to comment


Bad Points

Two machines supplied. First was damaged
Second leaked water from internal fault


General Comments

Servis M6005W: First damaged machine replaced within 1 week. Second leaked badly and flooded kitchen floor. Service engineer arrived two days later. Had to wait 5 days to be told it was a faulty unit and it would be replaced in 7 to 10 days. Returned machine to shop. Purchased another make.
