The hotel has rude and unhelpful staff, you would get better food at the local prison and the hotel is just about ready to fall down.
General Comments
We stayed for 10 nights all inclusive at Ascos Coral Beach, the travel agent magazine rates this hotel as 4 star, I am afraid giving it a 2 star rating would be generous. Nothing and I mean nothing was good about the hotel rooms. You might as well put a cooking hob in the room and call it self-catering. The food was terrible the decore and up keep of the hotel has fallen well short and all the management and staff were rude and unhelpful.

I have just returned from the same Hotel and cannot believe this review. My holiday was excellent. Staff were friendly and almost always had a smile, food was good, rooms were cleaned daily, towels changed every day and the entertainment was first class. If anything I found that some guests were rude and abrupt with staff...... I was so impressed I'm planning to return for a week in September as well as June 2006
