General Comments
Farmhouse Hash "healthy" microwave ready meal heats in only 4.5 minutes which is ideal for a quick lunch at work, and at under £1.50 it's pretty good for value. It's also under 300kcal so ok if you're keeping an eye on your weight. Unfortunately the taste is very bland, and it has no texture (don't believe the picture on the front!). On the plus side it's more filling than most of it's counterparts.

the cafes are always affordable (even less than M&S or tesco), but vary on quality (anything from a basic egg salad to the fantastic soups, sandwiches, and mains at st. martins).
