Always helpful, courteous and pleasant.
None that I have come across so far.
I have been with the Royal Bank of Scotland for almost ten years now, and I have never been with such a good bank. I cannot praise them enough. Right from the start, they have always been helpful, thorough and accommodating, and are willing to help you out of any situation. I am fortunate to bank with a small local branch in a largish village, and they all know myself and my husband by first names, and always greet with a smile or a very pleasant greeting over the phone and always ask how we are. Due to their outstanding customer service, we recently remortgaged our house and changed the mortgate to Royal Bank, and the whole process went so smoothly, we could not believe that a mortgage could have been so easy.
I really cannot praise this bank enough - the staff are all pleasant, their products and services are hard to beat and I do believe they are good value for money on many issues. They make you sure they give you the personal touch, rather than making you feel you are just a number.
