Bad Points
Slow delivery, bad prints, bad customer service, refuse to give a refund.
General Comments
I placed an order with First4Fotos to get my wedding photos developed and sent to me. I placed the order at the beginning of January without problems and paid via Paypal. I waited a few weeks and had heard nothing.
I contacted their "support" and got no response apart from a canned "We will look into it". Finally 4 weeks late my prints turned up and the quality was awful. Colour balanaces were wrong and it just looked terrible. Taking the trouble I had I ask for a refund and they just said no. Really can't recommened them at all.

We have reviewed the so called review posting from "Guider".
No orders were received in January were delayed more than 24 hours.
We have received no complaints of either late delivery or quality issues at that time.
This is clearly a poor attempt to influence buyers probably by a competitor.
