Fast quick service. Maybe too quick. Good Price.
Travel Agent Changed Hotel without notification.
In January 04, booked a holiday with Going Places (Panaorama), to stay at The Grand Makadi, Egypt. The tickets issued showed our resort as Le Meridien. The mistake was pointed out to Panorama. But Going Places, failed to contact or rectify prior to departure. The matter reported on arrival at resort, but again nothing done. Resulting in disappointment and loss of enjoyment of our holiday. A complaint as been lodged. But already they anticipate 28 day's before a reply is made.
