Good Points

It stays on with rich, moist color.


Bad Points

Impossible to sharpen.


General Comments

There is NO WAY I can sharpen the pencil, hard as I try! I have tried every sharpener, including a knife at my own risk and the point breaks and the wood cracks and comes off in chunks with the wood. Using it scrapes my lips. Ouch!

Half the pencil is gone from my attempts to sharpen it and I get no use out of the product. I am extremely disappointed and will not buy this product again.

I have surfed the Net and did not find any contact capability or customer service option on Guerlain's site.
