General Comments
Nike have finally gone straight back to basics on their new boots, turning back on their reputation for making everything out of plastic they've made their first pair of decent boots in a long time.
Recently Nike has been all about looks and little function, their boots have been more fashion than football orientated, having the undenyably popular but ridiculously uncomfortable vapors (like blisters anyone?), the tacky and irritating total 90's (what was wrong with normal laces). But, Nike have finally released a pair of boots that it's original fans can use; Nike Tiempo Air Legends.
Lets be honest, the strikezone idea was a fad; when has a Premiership player ever openly stated that having their laces at the side of the boot (making it dead hard to tighten for people with slimmer feet) gave them a better strike of the ball? So Nike finally return to the central lacing system.
The Legends are as comfortable as it gets, and although not being the lightest boots on the market they are definitely not the heaviest, coupled with their retro looks and clean price tag I can't see much wrong here. My only two complaints are that hte zoom air bubble does nothing and the K Leather needs more looking after than synthetic. Finally a pair of Nike boots I like!
(But Pro Direct Soccer are offering the Mizuno Rivaldo ones for £50 which are much better; I'd go for them at the moment)

today i got myself the nike air legend zoom air boot. the leather seems class and the boot isnt like the vapors which are horrible looking and my mates say give you sore feet and blisters. i love this old fashion look from the legends and come on, if ronaldinho wears them they must be alright!!!
