Bad points? Where do I begin?


General Comments

Yes once upon a time they were very good. But now they are shockingly bad! I went on the internet to check my website today. And discovered that instead of my website there was a note from Easyspace claiming I hadn't renewed the services, so it had elapsed! Yet I had received NO renewal notice from Easyspace in recent months. Further to that, when I logged into the infuriatingly terrible "control panel" to rectify this, I found that my domain name was now no longer mine! I have emails to prove that I renewed the registration in January, so I don't know what Easyspace have done with my domain name!
Now, I'm not sleeping and I'm pulling my hair out and I have to wait until Monday before I can shout down the telephone at them! Meanwhile I'm losing loads of business, because Easyspace does not realise that the world does not go 'round only on Mondays to Friday between 9 and 5!!
