General Comments

I ordered a delivery from screwfix via their website on wednesday evening and paid the extra for saturday delivery (£4.00) ok. Went through payment. Address defaulted to wrong address ok no problem I'll ring up and change it. I rang up 08:00 Thursday and changed the address. I was rang back at 16:30 and told new address had been confirmed. It was dispatched 18:22 Friday to the wrong address. I got an email to confim it had been deliverd to the wrong address and when I rang up I was told they could not redeliver until next Tuesday. A classic example of a company getting too big for its boots
