Um, can't think of any.
Lack of communication from bank.
Although Natwest promised free banking for the first 12 months this has not happened. Despite writing to the manager in charge of the account (and getting no acknowledgement), phoning and getting a minion calling back saying "I don't know about that, I will check". The minion did not call back as promised. Then my accountant contacted the bank and also met a blank wall.
Recommendation. Avoid NatWest at all costs. If you make a mistake they will be on you in a flash. If they make a mistake, you could grow old.....
