Good Points

We stayed at Cinco Plazas Apartments in Lanzarote and it was brilliant, could not fault it. It was very clean and staff were very polite/fantastic holiday every one at hotel helpful including cleaners/we have booked to go back there with no reservations whatsoever


Bad Points

Food could b slightly better/no aircon please install some!


General Comments

Cinco Plazas Apartments was imaculate. Staff were friendly, attention to detail was superb. Very well built hotel. This was my first time in Lanzarote, I needed an aircon, this would have made the perfect. There are 18 of us going next year so that should say something nice one Thomson!
