Good Points

Big 160gb hard drive, looks, ease of use, does what it says it does, record 2 channels -whilst watching a third.

Bad Points

Electronic programme guide (EPG) cost - that's it!

General Comments

PVR (personal video recorders) will revolutionise the way you watch TV. With the good old VCR's on it's last legs, hard disc recorders (with freeview) are the way forward, and this box - with an Australian pedigree is among the very best. For the money, you get a massive hard drive - which will record up to 88hrs of broadcast quality TV. The user interface is good - and unlike other machines around, it is whisper quiet. I really can't praise this machine enough - it is truely revolutionary. Finally - with the use of TAPS (topfield applications) the machine can be tweaked - Fantastic stuff.
