Good Points

Great washer/dryer when working.


Bad Points

A washing machine should last more than 22 months before breaking down.


General Comments

My Servis M9713S has been out of order for 8 weeks now and Servis cannot supply the parts - how ridiculous. I am now going to get another brand of washing machine wouldn't have another servis even if it was given to me.
