Good Points

Rarely have site down time.


Bad Points

Appalling customer care, lack of telephone helpline for any issues. No complaints line/email!


General Comments

I have had an account with Streamline for just over a year and although in that time the site has only been down probably for a total of 1 day I have other issues with their service. When the time came for renewal I did not receive an invoice or a bill, in fact I did not get notification that I was being charged, and now that they have overcharged me (by a considerable amount) I am having horrendous problems getting that money back. In the month since I was charged I have been mailing them, and leaving messages on their answer phone only to get in return the same poorly spelled and badly written "We will deal with this within 24 hours" which of course doesn't happen.

    Been with them two months, rang trading standards today as it's the only way I stand any chance of human contact with them, let alone my money back
