No good points
No Greeting
No Professionalism
Just arrived back from Car Credit UK Walsall. After a 70 mile round journey with for small children I am not a happy bunny.
Pre visit I enquired if the stock that was on show would suit my needs (large MPV) and was told that there was a large stock that would.
On arrival I was greeted by the worn RAC flags and a car lot that resembles Albert Square but on a larger scale.
A man strolled out of the office and asked if I had an appointment to which I was told the person I had the appointment with wasn't there. Without even greeting me he asked for my paperwork to which I said that nothing meets my needs can I see a stock list. He said no so I said thanks and started loading my children into my car.The salesman then shouted O.K. and spoke to another man and said that I couldn't see the stock list and I was here because I had bad credit. I said thanks but no thanks and again loaded my children into my car too which I was greeted with a shout from 10 yards away "pay your mortgage and you wouldn't be here"
PROFESSIONAL and PRICELESS.
