General Comments

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE ON O2!
The problems started with the Samsung E800 after approx 3 months. Turns itself off and back on without pressing a key, won't receive text message, 8 out of 10 text messages fail to send, the phone won't make any phone calls - just says 'Network Rejected' and when you try to answer a call, runs out of signal, won't let you answer it and then tells you you have a missed call!! O2 fixed the phone the first two times, or at least, claim to, and then the third time, sent it back to you and tell you it was water damaged so that they don't have to replace it.
I have just received a bill for 735 text message, most of which told me they had failed on my phone, but I have been charged for them and am now having to pay the bill. Please, be warned.
DON'T BUY THIS PHONE WITH O2, YOU WILL ONLY HAVE ENDLESS AMOUNTS OF HASSLE. There is an 0800 number for customer services out there somewhere - have a search for it, it will save you money.

    I have the exact same problems with my phone! There is no O2 shop near where I live, would it be advisable to take to a good local electronics shop? Or should I grin and bear it?! It also cuts of during calls and restarts (a lot).
