Good Points

Excellent range of products. Great website


Bad Points

Extremely slow at dispatching orders. Poor customer communication


General Comments

I ordered fabric from 2 online stores on the same day, one being the Cotton Patch and the other being www.thetabbycat.co.uk. My order from tabbycat was dispatched within 24 hours and arrived 2 days later. A full week later the Cotton Patch still hasn't dispatched my order. I've emailed them to ask when I can expect it and am still waiting on a response.

    Just a quick update on the above review ... I received my order 10 days after I placed it with the Cotton Patch, together with a note advising that they were sorry for the delay but they were currently innundated with orders. After reading the terms and conditions on their site, they clearly state that it usually takes 5 days before an order is dispatched and longer during busy periods. I still think that 5 days is a long time especially considering that all the goods I ordered were in stock and were literally waiting to be popped into a box, but the Cotton Patch do advise of this on their site. I just didn't read it when I made the order.
