General Comments

Fantastic book by a fantastic chef. Nothing over complicated as some chefs write. I have cooked a lot of recipes from this book and have enjoyed every single one. I even book this book for my mother for Christmas, as I could not recommend it highly enough. Easy simple instructions - you cannot fail to create something that not only tastes good but looks good as well!!
