Very clear and easy instructions.

General Comments

Nigel Slater, Nigel Slater's Real Food, is an excellent book with some fantastic ingredients. The recipes are very easy to follow and the results are superb. Nigel Slater enjoys good food cooked well, and as he says a recipe is only a guide and should not be followed strictly - if you like more of something add it - less of something leave it out. I have cooked quite a few of the recipes from this book and have enjoyed every single one - definitely recommend it!
