This service is terrible. I arranged to be connected on a certain date when my other provider contract ended. Suddenly my phone was cut off and my provider informed me that Fresh had had it disconnected. I was landed with the bill from my old provider although I had no service for a month while I tried to get Fresh to send me my new SIM card and get my new account started up. They also charged two mysterious debits to my account during this time, which I'm still trying to get them to explain, let alone refund. They don't return my calls, or reply to my emails. I've lost professional opportunitites because of this, not to mention the unbelievable hassle on the social and personal front.
