Good Points

Web hosting packages are far better than previously available - they now offer proper Windows NT hosting instead of just cheapo Unix/Linux hosting.


Bad Points

The support for a while there was less than would be desired by any hosting company - more than a week to answer a ticket :(

Looks like they are over the hump since iomart took over - support requests were being closed within 24 hours last time I had an issue.


General Comments

Easyspace have been fairly rum recently - they had a few outages and upgrades which broke things for our websites. Overall though - since the bad period.. :) - things have started to get better and I think I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel :)

I've had upgrade requests for various accounts with Easyspace/Iomart and they've managed to activate new hosting within 24 hours and when I asked them to move the files over (500mb site!) they did it all for me without a qualm. Saved me an evening downloading/uploading website files so they get a good rating for it :)

I'm giving them 7/10 because - with the recent upwards movement in standards of service - there's still plenty of room for improvement.
