He tells the truth and there are other people in his position that hold back and never speak to anyone about it, so its also helping others knowing that they are not alone, and it also gives them hope.

Dave Pelzer, My Story: "A Child Called It", "The Lost Boy", "A Man Named Dave": Dave Pelzer goes into so much detail in 'A Child called IT!' and other people have been put through similar positions and need help. In this fabulous book, Dave without knowing, is helping people that can't or dare not come forward and speak to other people - I find that this is amazing and very helping.
