Poor service.


General Comments

A problem with Ticketline (www.ticketline.co.uk) was that I couldn't get through on the phone and the website is an absolute abortion.

    The website is an abortion? Interesting description :).

    Having used Ticketline an obscene amount, as they're the cheapest service around these parts, I've found that for some reason if you try to book tickets out of hours (i.e. after the box office closes) you do get problems with the website, but if you book during the day there is rarely a problem. So, try booking before 5 or 6pm and see if that helps.
