Good Points

Light, great on/off switch. Good physical balanace.

Bad Points

Slow on flash. Goes to sleep too quickly sometimes.

General Comments

I absolutely love the Nikon Coolpix 2100 camera. It was my first, weaning me from my old 35mm SLR. This point and shoot is designed for general picture taking. The pictures are incredibly clear on the PC or TV. The monitor makes framing pics easy and quick, particularly for those of us with glasses. I love the delete one photo option. No need to keep duds!

The controls are easy to finger. The extras on this camera are amazing for its light weight (and the fact it won't put your wallet on a severe diet.)

Rechargeable battery life is excellent. The options for shooting and size are very good. My only comment is after you buy this wonderful camera, get a screen protector. Finger prints and the like will scratch the screen.
