Neutral colors, great all-around emulsion with good resolution.
too neutral for some scenes
When I switched from C41 to E6 film, I was testing lots of emulsions, and eventually I ended up using mostly Fuji RA (as a neutral, all-around film) and Kodak EBX (when I needed more punch). RA gives pictures a beautifully gentle, nostalgic tone, which is absent with stronger, more saturated films like Velvia. Sometimes, however, it's a bit too cold and flat, and there I used EBX, which is a cheap but good alternative to Velvia. I switched to digital now, but I miss Sensia and its gentle feel.
