Good Points

Very comfortable, got them on sale at Sports Authority for an incredible $40.

Bad Points

After about 4 months of 20 miles running a week they lost their bounce.

General Comments

The Asics Gel 1090 are a good shoe for the money if you get them on sale like I did and very comfortable at the beginning but they lost their spring sooner than I would have hoped for.
