Style not to everyone's taste.
I have always been an advocate of Adidas football boots, right from the markII predators to the Adidas Copa Mundial (my current ones). I recently bought the predator pulses for £120 at the beginning of the season and suddenly found that the Predators did not fit as well as they used to. The Copa Mondial is the moulded version of the world cup boots and I have to say they are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. The leather is supple allowing great comfort and control, and the laces can be pulled tight safe in the knowledge that they won't pinch at the top like the latest predators do. The weight of the boot is minimal and means that they are effortless to wear. The quality of the leather coupled with the fit means that they give superb feel on the ball. All of this enhances your game. My shooting and passing is much improved as I can feel every bit of the ball and gain greater control. All of this and they cost only £55 in end of season sales as opposed to the usual (and reasonable price of) £80, a bargain compared to the overpriced boots on the market. These boots are fantastic, there is a reason they are the best selling of all time and Adidas have not stopped making them, if you like silver boots then these aren't for you, however if you're not concerned with image and want a boot which will give you credibility and quality on the pitch then the copa mondials are unrivalled.
