A summary of the good points are, the weight and feel of the pistol (obviously colt 45 1911 style).
The rapid firing action, very pleasing, and also the elongated trigger guard. Is this design to compensate for heavy trigger pull? ie: two finger (left and right hand) squeeze of the trigger?
Some bad points are, heavy trigger, um loose grip... fixed that as per the reviews, thanks guys.
This is the first gas operated pistol I have ever owned. I bought my crosman C40 airpistol two weeks ago and have found it to be a very stimulating high power shooting substitute for the back yard, as the young and old will testify at BBQ gatherings at my place.
The accuracy I have found to be very good at 10 metres for the first three mags. (In My Opinion) What more to say except, "GREAT PISTOL" and Not a Toy.
Well the Crosman C40 claims to be styled after one of the worlds most popular handguns. Thats great and true.
I think some of the worlds great combat pistols would best be styled on the C40, especially the elongated trigger guard which enables two fingers (from the left and the right hand) to squeeze the trigger! I like this as I find my go/no go 'decision' to fire (based on successful targeting) time, cut in half... I am no expert and look forward to reading more reviews. In My Opinion, a nice gun and you won't be sorry to add to the safe.
