General Comments

I have 4 contracts with TelecomPlus. They have changed contracts, OVERCHARGED me and refused to refund overcharges. They Charge £20 for a PAC code to move Mobile phone service, Take months to respond to written requests. I would suspect having checked the reviews already listed that these are distributors for this company. My recomendation is to get an honest Mobile and Landline supplier, I have.

    Hi there, It sounds to me as though the distributor who signed you up was not informed of your problem...all of my customers even the ones that have been with me for 6 years, have access to my contact numbers. As I was the person they spoke to in the first place, I can deal with the problem personally. Unfortunately, some times the company, as with any, get things wrong. If they didn't how could they make it better. The call centre now has a timer on the call that tells you how long you will wait. Plus if you send a massive email it will take longer to get answered as for short and to the point they are answered within the 7 days stated. I hope the companies you move to look after you with a more personal touch...
