I discovered www.holidaytruths.co.uk last year when looking for information on the internet regarding a hotel I'd booked for the Summer.
Had I not come across www.holidaytruths.co.uk (aka HT!) I could well have had a holiday from hell.
It transpired the hotel I'd booked (in Bulgaria) wasn't ready for guests,there were several Health and Safety issues with the hotel and grounds, as well as very negative reports regarding the standard of food.
Thanks to HT, I was able to cancel that holiday, then research and book an alternative.
I needed lots of information for my new holiday, all my questions were answered and more, and I was able to reciprocate on my return and have since helped other members travelling to the same destination (Menorca)
I'm going to Egypt this summer, and again I've been able to turn to HT for advice, absolutely invaluable.
Whatever your question, whatever your destination, it's almost ceratin someone on HT will have the answer for you.
In addition to the Holiday forums, there's also a Computer Problems forum which many members have found a great help.
