General Comments

Hotel Catsby SERVES Plenty of English food at Motorway Service Standard
Food runs out, so get to table early
We paid for ski hire, but the office lost our details. Refused the hire even though I could prove it through my bank balance, They still owe me £62.00 Did you know that Latedeals.com and Thompsons are related - but will not work together on the clients behalf.
We had 3 days skiing and paid for a lift pass for 6 days (poor weather - lifts closed) - The resort would not refund the difference BUT gave us a free pass for 3 days, for after we left for England!!!
