Sainsburys DVD Rental is a rubbish service. They wait ages before sending you the free trial DVD's - no doubt so you are locked in. They might as well send the DVD's by carrier pigeon it takes so long (currently 4 days and counting by first class post). Avoid like the plague.

    I have been a member of Sainsburys DVD for two months now and have not encountered any problems. I receive new DVD's every other day they arrive on to me time and they receive them back on time. If customers are not receiving a good service, I would hold the British Postal Service responsible and certainly not Sainbsbury's.

    Have now cancelled - terrible service continued right to the end. They even tried to bill me for the next month, despite never having sent anything out. Maybe just me but I highly doubt it.
