I assume it is a good service, when everything goes right(?)
Either the coach took the wrong route or the map provided via the website was wrong. Anyway, it didn't appear.
Complaints by e-mail, letter, even recorded delivery have been unanswered after six weeks.
A promise of a full investigation has not materialised.
After six weeks of trying to get an intelligent response from the National Express Customer Relations department, I have reached absolute exasperation and have written to the Chief Executive of the group.
The message must be -
don't book over the web; don't trust their maps; don't expect anything worthwhile if things go wrong.
