Friendly staff when setting up cover. Very helpful
Out of hours staff unable to look at customer's agreement. Refused to send help. Only did so after huge row.
Requested breakdown cover for both my car and my husband's with Direct Line. My husband's car broke down over 100 miles from home. Phoned for help and was told he was not covered. After a huge row, a tow truck was finally sent but only to nearest town. Two days later, Direct Line finally admitted it was their error. Not impressed at all.
