General Comments

I recieved an email to say sms had tried to deliver my tickets - I was never told that they were coming. As it was my mum was on holiday so was at home all day. The email said no one was home and they had left a calling card - no card there! I rang to arrange redelivery and was told delivery would be next available date (so whens that?) so I rang again only to be told oh we tried twice at your house and then we tried your work address that you arranged for redelivery but no one was there- friday lunch time and no one there? Funny I was there and so were 60 other people. So I complained and arranged for redelivery stating I work 8 - 5. I called again at 2pm to find out an eta, only to be told he will be there after 5 and that it was getting silly with all the delivery attempts. It might be helpful to firstly tell the customer that you are planning a delivery and to actually turn up when they say they are going to. Anyway I stayed late and still no tickets. I just hope they arrive before the gig. A shocking service - if the firm I worked for handled their delveries like this they would be out of business. I would never willingly use this company and suggest others dont either.
