Easy to use and navigate. Huge stock of books / CDs / Movies. Excellent savings.
None that I've ever noticed.
I wanted a specialist computer repair book for £39 and looked in all the High - street book retailers with no avail. I then tried Amazon, and found the book within 2 minutes, for only £27!!, whats more, registration was quick and simple, the book was delivered the next day (ordered at around 6pm the previous night), and they offer a whole host of other advanced tools once you are signed up, e.g. the ability to track yopur order. On a whole, very easy to use, can find any book you could ask for (with an ISBN) and very good, quick, efficient service!!
