Reliable, interior is bang on, looks good, and has some power for a 1.6
Fuel consumption could have been better and rust on arches, tailgate and sunroof.
First I have got to say, I am always going to own a twinnie no matter what other car I get. I've had two Toyota Corolla GTi-16 Twin cams so far, my first one was absolutely mint nothing wrong whatsoever, completely standard with 79K FTSH 1 owner. Owned the car for two years not a single problem. Had a mongoose system, blitz filter, power boost valve, Apexi SAFC (super air flow controller) rev limiter was raised to 8,000 with this controller, sound system, DVD payer, tints on a gleaming red. Tops I got out of this was 146 mph (on camcorder). Kept for two and a half years and brother ended up smashin it like a hero. Most things were taken out - engine, clutch, gearbox, windows, doors, boot lid, seats etc etc. Bought another white one with scorpion system, wheels 106K FTSH paid 350. Bad points are all arches have rust and sunroof, no probs though £400 paint job in gleaming black and it'll be looking sick. Engine mods will be going onto this also ordered HKS Cams and pulleys and HKS springs and HKS head gasket plugs and leads, car should definately be flying then.
