Easy to install. Fast response to an email question about the product.
None so far.
I took a chance on the Avast Antivirus after having problems with Norton. I most recently have been using Norton Systemworks with the Norton Anti-Virus component installed. I run Windows ME as my operating system. My system crashed recently and I had to reinstall everything. When it came to the Norton program nothing went right. After many attempts to perform the install in a different order I realized that it was just not worth the time and effort involved. I searched for a free virus software that would do the job but not be a hassle to set up. I have only used the Avast program for only a few days but it seems to do what it promises without much fuss. It certainly is a better value the the ever growing price of Symantec products. I would reccomend this to anyone.
