None that I have found.


Bad Points

I have been waiting 12 hours for download information, receipt of payment which has already been charged to my credit card, answers from customer service and nothing! Not only have I paid but they have charged me an extra €16 for I don't know what. Have taken it up with credit card company - not recommended!


General Comments

AVForce AntiVirus Lite has terrible customer service.
No receipts for billing payment.
No information on Dowload via mail just a pdf file which helps - no.
Still trying to get my money back or stopped even though they offer 30 day money back guarantee and 24 hour support - nothing to date.
