Good Points

Customer service always helpful and sound interested.


Bad Points

Sometimes takes a while to get through on the support line, however its free, and is comparable with other service providers, so can't slate them on that alone.


General Comments

Its always worth phoning up and seeing if they can do you a "special deal", I've received 2 heavily reduced phones this way whilst buying upgrades.

Delivery is prompt, 9 times out of 10 when they say it will be.

The Orange Care Insurance is excellent value, the 3 times when I've had to use the insurance I've had a replacement phone by 9am the next day.
