Bad Points

Some Items Sold Out - Slow Website.

General Comments

www.Bunches.co.uk is by far the cheapest web page for ordering flowers on the web I have found. They have a superb selection and the choice of adding chocolates and teddy bears etc to the flower order is a nice touch. Long may they prosper and I hope other flower companies follow their lead.

Email I sent to customer services...

    Dear Sir / Madam,

I have to say - I've used many flower delivery sites on the Internet before and I certainly won't be using yours again.

    Quoting from your site...

"Your beautifully boxed flowers will be sent by Royal Mail to any address in the UK."

I don't pretend to be an wizard at English so I checked a dictionary for the definition of beautiful...

"Having qualities that delight the senses, especially the sense of sight.

    Excellent; wonderful"

Now call me stupid if you like but I don't see "Tiny, Brown, Cardboard Box" in any part of this definition. I also don't see any pictures on your site of flowers being delivered in tiny, brown boxes - seemingly designed to squash the flowers into obscurity.

I'm also utterly disappointed at the card being computer printed - Considering I ordered a "Premium" ROMANTIC Classic Red Rose Bouquet - I expected to at least have the 4 words I asked for handwritten. Maybe I'm being naive again but a card thats been printed onto buy a printer that probably prints hundreds of cards a week, with all the effort of a sneeze, is hardly romantic.

All in all I have to say I'm am totally appalled by the quality of your service and I will be spreading my experience to as many people as possible!
