There are some decent well written songs on this album and the cover was a funky retro stylie jump-out-of-the-page design.
Well to be frank about 5 of the songs were to be honest tuneless and boring pieces of rubbish.
Franz Ferdinand, Franz Ferdinand: I know I may have made some mortal enemies in a space of a few minutes of reading this but the truth has to be told. The sad story is that I had bought the album after hearing "take me out" and "the dark of the matinee" on the radio and falling in love with them. I had expected for the rest of the album to be as perfect how naive I was the album was o.k but I think not as good as the two hit singles that led Franz Ferdinand to British and European stardom.
