Pay, Pay, Pay.
You have no idea if the profiles you read are newish or 1 to two years old.
Generally a waste of time.

General Comments

Because of the lack of transparency many, many entries on Pocado (www.pocado.com) are just redundant padding to give you the impression of a busy site. Messages cannot be read until you pay. I can't understand why they shoot themselves in the foot like this. At least if you read a message you might be tempted to join in order to reply.

   when we make a complaint to pocado we are speaking to a machine that will only give us a standard reply to questions it thinks you might ask. my complaint was that my photos could not be used , and for no good reason, pocado did not inform me that the photos would not be used they just did not appear on the site. after chasing up the reason, it was deemed that the image was photographed from too far away.but having seen some of the photos accepted by pocado, it was a very silly statement to make. the photos have been accepted by Match.com, and Dating Direct. but my complaint was that pocado would not listen to me. my money was not well spent on this dating site and I was not given good value.as I had three months with sevral photos rejected and eventually ran out of time and my membership had expired, I did not want to re pay for a rubbish service.
