Cheap
Very poor service, will not respond to compalints will not cancel accounts.
I hosted three OneAndOne accounts and ten domains with OneAndOne for nearly three years a friend of mine had several account to - I earned commission, some of which was not credited - I was a good customer!
However things changed after my home was destroyed in a fire - after sales service almost non existence. Staff are untrained and rude. I spend over £30 in calls after my house burnt down - I asked and they agreed on the phone to change to storage only as I could not use the system as I had no access - but they kept on billing full the full rate. Next I heard (except for 50 email asking for more business) they refused to cancel the account (so much for cancel at any time) and sent it for collection in January for the money to die the following May! They will not stop charging - I contacted their German and US offices - no reply!
Today I asked again for the agency the oversaw their operation in the UK - I asked to who I could complaint as they would not respond to complaints and they said pay the bill and put the phone down. Once I asked to pay the bill and sue them for damage and time - and they would not take the charge.
I would strongly advise everyone not to host with OneAndOne, they are cheap but can cost your company lots in administration time. They are rubbish.
So far they have cost me over thousands in lost hours.
