Good Points

None what so ever

Bad Points

Customer service is bad. You have to deal with off-shore (India) customer server that you cannot understand. Interest rate is too high.

General Comments

I received this Aspire Visa Credit Card at a decent rate and was late on one payment. That raised my rate to 35%. I made all my payments on time after that for 2 years. When I ask them when they would lower my rate, they said in a strong indian accent, that it was up to the bank. "The bank would review my account on occasion and lower my rates then." I ask how often they do that and of course they would not tell me. They also charged me 15 dollars just to make a payment. I complained about it and now they are "temporaraly" allowing payment to be made for free. What a rip off they are. I don't care how desparate you are, do not get this card.

My credit had recently gotten a good bit better, and I was getting better and better CC offers. I got a phone solicitation (from India) for a card with 0% for 6 months, and something like 8.99 thereafter. Rock. I applied. This outright fraudulent, false ASPIRE P.O.S company sent me a card with an 20.99% or some crap interest rate...I haven't paid that much in over 2 years. I'd very much like to take action against them. I've tried to track down record of my initial phone call, and of course, that's a joke.
